Oracle Cloud (OCI) CLI script writer

This task is very small. Need developer to write a power shell script that can take in a few parameters to copy multiple files from a Windows machine to Oracle Cloud Storage Buckets. The script should be able to write back the copied file name and the URL to the file in the storage bucket to a flat file.
Script should handle errors, when files do not transfer, etc and log them. Transferred files to be moved to a separate location on the source windows server.
Script should be reusable and configurable.
