Office 365 Exchange Email Delete Script

I need a Powershell script created that will run on an automated basis and delete duplicate emails that start with a certain subject.
For instance, we receive emails each and every time a ticket is updated which can be 1,2,5,or 100 times. Each subject starts with the same such as "Ticket Request Has Been Updated (93521)“. When a new ticket email comes in, it has the exact same subject. I want to keep the most recent version of that email, none of the older ones.
I want the ability to make it run multiple subject lines at once if possible.
