Need PowerShell Expert

I have a powershell script that either updates an .XML fill on the user's computer or copies the source file to the user's computer in the .XML is not present. This is executed via SCCM. I would like for you to edit the script to copy an additional file to the same location AND copy another file to a different location on the user's computer (application folder).
