Install MSI files via Powershell Script

Need a script we can deploy that will silently install Windows 10 updates (MSI files) onto a system from a USB Drive. The goal would be to package these flash drives with updates, and then ship to locations where they would be inserted and then the end user clicks one icon and the script will do the rest
