Google Shopping Price Comparison Script

I need a script for Google Shopping price comparison where I can compare my product file data on the basis of EAN and Price with other sellers on Google Shopping with respect to the country such as Google Netherlands, Belgium, Germany etc
Attach please find the sample file where I have EAN and Price column and it should check these EAN codes with respect to the price on Google Netherlands shopping and compare the price with the lowest price by other seller including shipping cost (if shipping cost mentioned separately by the seller).
And if my price is lowest then keep that EAN code and price in the output file and if my price is higher then do not add in the output file. The output file can be in one of these formats .TXT, .CSV or .Excel
