Github Action for SFTP and Shell to restart IIS

I am looking for someone to create a Github action to deploy and restart IIS on a remote windows server using SFTP and a PowerShell script. The action should be built using the built-in Github Actions options and I have authentication information available. The action should manage deployment of the files through SFTP and then run the PowerShell script provided to restart the IIS service.
