Export Mailbox and messages from Microsoft365
Budget: $80 – $330 USD
I need help running through the steps to export a mailbox for 4 different users to a PST or other easy to move and restore format.
I also need help exporting these users messages / conversations out of TEAMS. The teams messages need to be easy to restore as well. I would like to be sure these can be easy to restore so they are easy to read and search outside of Microsoft365.
I am a very basic a powershell user, so if the solution is provided which uses a powershell script I will need detailed help to be sure it works. The files created need to be easy to move to An external Hard Drive or Shared storage such as google drive.
The solution must provide export files for both the mail box and the teams messages. I will need both to complete my tasks.
I will need the help so the data is ready by May 3rd.
