Create initial question with 2 new tags on serverfault

Hello, i'm developer of open source project, i want users of my software asking questions on serverfault, to make it possible there should be such tags, to create these 2 tags need create initial question (i'll give the text) with 2 tags.

To create tags on serverfault.com you should have 300+ reputation points

So task is:
