Create an exe installer by using iexpress

I have two exe installer, and I need to combine both of this into a single exe installer. In Windows, there is an application call Iexpress could perform this action. However, I need someone to write a bash script to check whether the first installer has been installed successfully. If it is installed, then only proceed to trigger the second installer. To check whether the first installer has been installed in PC, you could verify it by calling a specific command prompt. If the command exist then it means the installer has been run successfully.
