Create a VB or Power Shell script

I would prefer to have a Power Shell script that calls to one exe and drops in the license key and then calls to a second exe after the 1st one completes then installs the second exe which is an updater to the first.
I will be taking this PS script and using the IntuneWin file packager to upload it to Intune. Basically, I would need to have a default location it will install to , I would need to know the setup command line it will use and that would need to be silent , I would need it to run as system , I would need the uninstall command line as well, I would finally need a few locations where it can be detected such as a registry location and the location of the installer files.
