CLI Script For WinSCP

We need a CLI script to execute downloads using WinSCP FTP client. This script is to download images from the FTP server based on filenames that we have in a CSV file. We do NOT need a GUI or anything else. We simply need a script that we can copy and paste into a the CLI for WinSCP or using the Windows CLI.
