Build me a Script and module

Hi, I want to build a script which is used to fetch details of commit and user stories linked in github repo:

Setup scripts to report and monitor which story's code is in which environment.

As a release owner,
I want to know what stories have been testing in STG and are ready for release
So That the release process is easy, quick, and reduces risk.

As a product owner,
I want to know what stories have been tested in TST and are available for acceptance in STG
So That I know the quality of the stories developed and can accept working stories
