sharepoint setup

I'm looking for an experienced SharePoint expert to help me set up my system with SharePoint Online (Office 365). I'm not sure exactly what I need as far as customization and would like to be guided through the process to ensure everything is set up correctly. I'm also looking for moderate user access control with some differentiation in access levels. If you think you have the experience and expertise to help me out, please let me know. Thanks!
