sharepoint on prem developer and administrator

I am in need of a SharePoint on prem developer and administrator for the sole purpose of maintenance. The current version of the SharePoint being used is SharePoint 2013. The ideal candidate should have experience in performing regular maintenance tasks on SharePoint such as backups, data recovery, and managing permissions. The project requires an individual who is reliable and proactive in identifying and resolving any SharePoint issues. No additional features or integrations are required for this project.
