office 365 - Intune - azure - autopilot

I am an IT system administrator working for a business entity in Gibraltar and I would like to see personal assistance in completing a project within 365. I have been tasked to review the policies and to remove unnecessary rules and finetune our autopilot system. We use Windows, Mac and all Mobile devices. Our VPN is with Perimeter81 but is not required to be touched but just an FYI. I am more than happy to discuss in detail what would be required with implementation/improvement of new/existing rules. I am not very experienced in this field and have depended on Google with all do respect and wish to have this completed in the short possible time.
