I need someone to help develop our work flow system for small manufacturing company

I want to develop a system where i can place orders and track throughout the manufacturing process,
Order form linked to price list, where prices can be edited and items added
Items added to sharepoint list and planner.
Custom apps for each step in the production process that displays there current order, check list.
A completed/next order button which moves this job along to the next step.
I have started to use sharepoint and planner. I have attempted to get my head around power apps and power automate briefly.
