I need a sharepoint developer to make sure our intranet is set up in the best way possible.

We are an independent insurance agency made up of eight agents and six assistants. Each agent is at their own location. We started up in the 4th quarter of 2021 and expect to triple the number of agents by the end of 2022. We were all sharing files in OneDrive right-clicking and sharing with others and this turned into a mess. OneDrive has since been wiped clean. I think we need a home page or landing page and then team sites for information and data sharing. Each agent and assistant have files that they both need to work on but the assistant sometimes works from home. Agents need to be able to share lessons learned with other agents. We need SharePoint or whatever it is to be optimal for a growing company so that we don't have to fix things later.
