I need help with SharePoint / Onedrive

I need help with the basics of SharePoint / Onedrive set up - to ensure always on functionality (sync with MS explorer) - why does it break, how to re-establish etc, correct access and entitlement to files (checking access, controlling access), transfer of files safely from old server environment to MS 365 OneDrive / SharePoint and understanding of back up and security
