I need a MS FLow developer with JSON experience and Sharepoint experiance

We have a connection between MS Sql and Zendesk.com, exporting ticket updates from their CRM into our SQL DB for reporting/AAS/PowerBI.
Currently we pull data from Zendesk's JSON interface, do a minor manipulation and inject it into SQL. When it errors, it's usually a timing issue and the data is good from Zendesk, so it notes the ticket ID for reprocessing into a Sharepoint list, and later will try and reprocess the ticket. The read from Sharepoint is now failing 100%, and we need to debug that process. I suspect that a field type has changed, but the error trapping in Flow is not good.
Second, Zendesk has the ability to insert tickets and make updates via JSON. We need to understand and implement the ability for our SQL engine to create or update a ticket in Zendesk via the JSON interface.
