HR department SharePoint portal

We want to develop a SharePoint site for HR department to be used as intranet by internal employees. The portal needs to be designed with company branding and should have features for employee engagement and management. News, events, greetings, help desk, policies, employee referrals, leave management , downloads, rewards , announcements, and similar features required. Gallery for images and video content.
Experience in similar project would be preferred. Should be able to integrate with an upcoming ERP.
The admin should be able to edit and manage content easily and quickly.
