Workflow edit

I have a workflow that I would like instructions on how to edit, the flow currently triggers when a button is pressed within a document library, however I would like for this to be used within a folder instead. I would also like to duplicate the workflow and edit is slightly so that when a document is approved it is not converted into a pdf (currently it is)
