Wells testing -- 2

I had someone working on a project to use SharePoint and power apps to develop a solution for a client. It is 75% finished, and I am looking for someone to complete the first part of the project and potentially work on further parts of the project.
See below stage 1 of the project. If this is something you can do, let me know. I would be able to give you access to our project management tool nifty. Pm if you need more information or an understanding of where we are at. THE PLAN
To build a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform-based software solution app to replace Google Sheets and Lotus 123 data, currently hosted both in the cloud and on an old Windows server.
THE GOAL
To improve workflow efficiency in the field and strengthen checks and balances so that the owners can decrease administrative redundancies and lower daily workload.
To be able to provide increased flexibility and ease in producing useful internal reports and graphs from the field data/readings.
To streamline client-facing workflows to increase efficiency in data reporting.
PRELIMINARY SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Office 365 Basic license

THE PHASES
STAGE ONE
• Combine spreadsheet data from Google Sheets and Lotus 123
• Import and structure new SharePoint database
• Build Microsoft Power apps front-end application for the field inspectors with well and pump data collection
• Provide GPS coordinates to pump and well locations
• Ability to add new wells as they are tested
• Well inspections details of 100+ rows of data points
• Photograph and upload pictures to SharePoint
• App will be built with logical variables based on client data and feedback to ensure correct readings
• Create override ability for app variables for the Inspectors
• Replace present performance test reports with automatic, specific database reports from SharePoint
• Redesign aesthetic design of performance test report
• Automatically update static water level/capacity/pumping level charts from historical data database
Do not post your interest if you are more than $25 an hour and have little to no power apps or Sharepoint experience.
