Update my charity's Sharepoint site

HighGround charity is 9 years old. We got Sharepoint early on and a helpful volunteer created the site for us but we were so busy building the Charity we didn't use it, and now life and the volunteer have moved on and the team has got bigger and there is now a pressing need to use Sharepoint. We are looking for someone who can clean the site up and create permissions and a file naming protocol so the site can be used in the way it was intended. The IT capability to achieve the above is beyond any of us but shouldn't take a competent person more than 10 hours - hope I'm not being too optimistic..!
