This project involves rebuilding an Excel VBA-based tool into a cloud-based, secure, and collaborative Power Platform solution using PowerApps, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Outlook integration.
The tool is used to manage RFQ submissions, revision approvals, job order issuance, and internal/external communication with traceability.

✓ Centralize RFQ, revision, and job tracking on SharePoint
✓ Automate email workflows via Outlook and Power Automate
✓ Maintain a clear audit trail for design operations

Functional Scope
RFQ Management: Submit and manage Request for Quotations with client/project data
Revision Control: Add multiple revisions per RFQ, set status, finalize, and log feedback
Job Order Handling: Generate job orders per approved revision, with automated naming
Email Automation: Trigger email to Sales when revisions are finalized or job orders issued
Dashboard: Visual KPIs for open RFQs, pending items, and job completion
Outlook Integration: Optional RFQ ID and subject import from inbox (desktop Outlook)
