Tender Management System

I run a system-integration business and need a complete tracking system built from
scratch in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online + Power Automate) to manage our
Tenders, Procurement (Purchase Orders) and Deliveries — replacing spreadsheets.

BUILD FROM SCRATCH — full scope:
1. SharePoint site + 7 lists with all columns, choices and lookup relationships:
Tenders, Tender Checklist, Projects, Purchase Orders, Vendor Enquiries,
Deliveries, Stakeholders. (Full schema provided in the attached document.)
2. List views + Stage colour-formatting (Active Pipeline, Overdue, Awaiting
Delivery, Delayed, Follow-ups Due).
3. Daily 08:00 IST status email to stakeholders — OVERDUE and DUE-TODAY items
across Tenders, POs and Deliveries (HTML tables + counts).
4. Reminder flows: tender/PO deadline reminders (3 & 1 day prior), EMD/BG expiry
reminder, delivery follow-up nudge, pending-approval nudge.
5. A simple SharePoint dashboard page (native web parts — no Power BI).
6. Test with sample data, then hand over + a short how-to.

CONSTRAINTS:
- Microsoft 365 E3 — STANDARD Power Automate connectors only (no premium/HTTP/
Dataverse, no Power BI). Time zone Asia/Kolkata (IST). Currency INR.

I will provide a DETAILED build document with the exact list schema, column names,
all filter/expression logic and the email design — so this is mostly
implementation, not design. Build in MY tenant; access via screen-share or a
guest/edit account.
