MS Teams (Sharepoint) Website Creation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Project Overview:
- We are looking for freelancers to create a Teams (SharePoint) website within my company for the purpose of developing internal team manuals.
- The required page structure includes one main page, three main pages based on permissions, and nine permission-based hyperlink management pages, totaling 13 pages.
- The necessary PDF materials have already been created, and the main task is to link these PDF files to the web pages.
- The website will be in two languages - Korean (default) and English. English will be developed first and be duplicated and then translated into Korean thereafter.
Detailed Job Description:
- The website will be built using SharePoint Communication Site.
- Planning the SharePoint page structure, considering group-specific permission management and ease of maintenance.
- Creating a total of 619 SharePoint pages, taking into account information security and visual accessibility.
- Extracting the received PDF documents into appropriate categories (large, medium, small) and working on hyperlink integration for visual accessibility and connectivity between relevant pages.
- Requesting UI planning, design, responsive web development, and publishing.
Desired Skills & Relevant Experience:
- Experience in development using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience in SharePoint website creation.
- Proficiency in MS Teams and Sharepoint
- Experience in website design and development
- Knowledge of file sharing and storage systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
