Simple Power App (connection with Sharepoint)

The project is an application that will allow our Products manager send a lists of products that they want to order. Later this order is going to MS Lists (or Excel if better) and go to Logistic person. Overview in attachments.

If the core will go okay, the project will have some improvements later.
