Simple Cut and Paste Job

I just need to have text copied to a Word doc, with the hyperlink to it. I'll provide access to a Sharepoint site, where the content is. Basically, list of files and their names, they need to be copied (just the name and link) into a Word doc. That's all. No skills needed except copy & paste. The attached document was started and you'll notice the 1st category with breakdown of files and links to them.
