Sharepoint website & Twitter Integration

I'm in need of a skilled Sharepoint developer who can design a custom Sharepoint site for our internal employees. The project also includes integrating the site with Twitter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing custom Sharepoint sites: I require a visually appealing, user-friendly Sharepoint site that will be exclusively used by our internal employees.
- Integrating with Twitter: The developer should have expertise in displaying Twitter feeds on Sharepoint sites. The integration should be seamless, practical, and enhance user experience.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Sharepoint 2016: The freelancer should have substantial experience in Sharepoint 2016, with a strong understanding of design principles and user experience.
- Twitter API Integration: Experience in integrating social media platforms, particularly Twitter, with web applications is highly preferred.
- UI/UX Design: A good eye for design and user experience is crucial for the success of this project, as the site should be visually appealing and easy to navigate for our employees.
Please note that the sharepoint will have public website and also will be used for internal emplyee
The Requirements :

- A comprehensive control panel for dynamic content management.
- Multiple authority levels (manager, editor, publisher, etc.).
- An easy and integrated system for managing multimedia (images, video, etc.).
- Flexible tools for publishers enabling review and scheduling.
- Compatibility with C3W standards for cross-browser functionality.
- Possibility of future development without impacting existing content.
- An excellent, search engine-friendly system for periodic archiving of content (SEO).
- Multilingual support (Arabic - English).
- Design meeting standards for speed and ease of browsing.
- Spam protection system.
- Project works are added as text, photos, and videos
- The readiness of the system integration to integrate via protocols or APIs
- Integration of the website with social media accounts.
- Social sharing buttons.
- Providing RSS service.
- Responsive design for compatibility with smartphones and handheld devices
- The hosting is on my own servers
