I would like for someone to guide me in implementing the following onto my sharepoint I would like to create a external fillable form on SharePoint that can be sent to external individuals to fill out and there answers automatically record on the SharePoint without the participant having access to my SharePoint site.
I also have a workflow that doesn't seem to be functioning correctly:
When adding a revised document to SharePoint the document the workflow buttons do not return and the approval date for the previously submitted document is still visible
Document sequence number seems to be duplicating for certain documents
When the document is sent through the PDF workflow the approval date and next review date is not showing up within the published documents area
