Sharepoint sync

I am looking for someone to help me with a synchronization project for my SharePoint Online. Specifically, I am looking for List Sync which needs to include Custom Workflows. I currently use SharePoint Online and will be providing all of the necessary permissions and credentials for the synchronization setup.
