Sharepoint 365 sharing folders doesnt show files within

Hello.
I have a sharepoint service and having an issue.
Users witjin the organization need to share folders (inside and outside organization) but when the link gets sent, invitees report that they can access the folders BUT NOT THE FILES WITHIN.
This is an example of a link I send with my user:

Recipient sends screenshot attached.
Freelancer will be given my Admin/tenant access when offer is accepted.
