Sharepoint 365 redesign

As a client, I am interested in redesigning some specific subsites or sections of my existing SharePoint 365 site. I am not sure if I need assistance with customizing the look and feel of the site, so I would like help to explore my options. I'm looking for someone who will be able to give a suggestion on how to design our Procedures/Operations page(at leas make it interactive) and also how to improve a web design that is easy to navigate while consistently following our branding and identity standards. My goal is to get a clean and functional design, with an optimized user experience.
