Sharepoint expert with certification

I’m looking for a savvy Sharepoint expert with certification to take on a project involving migrations. I need someone with Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert credentials to provide the highest quality of work. The project does not have any pre-existing Sharepoint infrastructure, so the individual taking on the project will be starting from scratch. The ideal candidate has experience working with Sharepoint, understands the ins and outs of migrations, and is certified in Microsoft Solutions Expert.
