Sharepoint customization

I am looking for someone to customize my Sharepoint folders. The customization will involve design and branding, workflow automation, as well as the integration of other systems. I have a specific deadline for this project, so the freelancer must be capable of completing it within the given timeframe. Additionally, I will only be providing partial access for the customization, so the freelancer should be prepared to work with limited access.
