· Restrict the actions to only be visible to members of the SLAM Team, anyone else should be able to see it (we’ll get confirmation on this Thursday)

· Step 2 SME approvers
· For the approve action
§ JSOM to update the approval record to set who approved it when
· This is not using native approvals, we’re just setting the field values
§ Move the item to the table on the SME Approval tab
· Update the Service Metric column to pull the Title of the related Metric Code
· When someone edits a result, prompt them to select a reason code from the reason codes where RC Type equals failure or edit
· Finish step 2
· Populate the table with approval records that have been approved but have not been approved by the SME yet
· SLAM Team members can see the full list and who is assigned as approver
· SMEs will only be able to see the actions for items assigned to them for approval
§ SME Approver is assigned to the related Service Metric
§ SME approvals can be re-assigned on the fly by updating the field in the Service Metrics list
· For the approve action
§ JSOM to update the approval record to set the SME who approved it when
§ Remove the item from the SME Approval tab
·. SLA management Team won’t have the ability to approve on someone’s behalf. If someone else needs to approve, they can update the SME approver on the Service Metrics list and then the new SME can approve
