Sharepoint Online List + Power BI + Automate Alerts

I have a client who is looking to implement a Sharepoint List to manage contracts and their insurance policies, these have status of active, expired, no data, and have a start and end date. This list should be represented in a couple of Power bi dashboards and they want to enable alerts based on dates using Power Automate.
