Sharepoint Developer to build Utility for advance operations in Sharepoint site and Conversion of WordPress Intranet site to Sharepoint

We are looking for a Sharepoint programmer to create a Customized utility for the Sharepoint site including inbuilt features of Sharepoint and having some additional features like enabling search of all type of Business documents saved in Sharepoint, Sending email when a file is changed/ deleted/ added moved/ copied.

Another project is to convert WordPress Intranet site to Sharepoint.
