Sharepoint / Azure Logic Apps / SPFx development

We are a automotive T2 supplier making high precision components used in passenger vehicles. To improve our business processes we want to automate business processes in MS Sharepoint using Sharepoint, Powerautomate and Azure Logic App. To support our international development team we are looking for a full time developer for at least 12 months, with experience in the following areas:
1. Experience in SPFx development (If yes, how many years?)
2. Experience in LogicApp (if yes, how many apps you created)
3. JavaScript EC6 experience ?
4. REACT / Typescript Experience?
