SharePoint 2019 web page on migration from 2016 upper menu styling is broken.

Need help with the Sharepoint 2019 intranet site CSS , The site is recently migrated from 2016 to 2019 however the stylesheet for the site is broken. Need someone who have experience is handling such issues. This would be a confidential project so I will share my screen once we connect.
