PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Development of our current Innovation platform, (built on SharePoint as a list then published to SharePoint site) with usage of the platform increasing we are looking to improve the platform it 2 key ways,
1. We are looking to have automated flows set up regarding permission rights as well as automated messaging for specific people based on simple triggers (e.g reminders to update).
2. Further development of a dashboards built using power BI tracking movement, priority projects etc) dashboard views to be included on different pages i.e a dashboard for sustainability, digital and innovation
3. Improved UX, better view of projects, color coding of stage, better forms input, etc
IDEAL SOLUTION:
The ideal solution would be a platform with better User experience that enables you to clearly see the progress of projects according to pillar (digital, sustainability, innovation). Ideally, we would be able to use the dashboards for management reporting and follow up.
