SharePoint online powershell script -- 3

I have a project for which I am looking for someone to create a SharePoint online powershell script using SharePoint PNP Framework. The script is for data import with specific parameters from Excel Sheet. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding on how to read data from Excel files and update sharepoint using SharePoint PNP model
