We have a SharePoint intranet where we try to add all our relevant company information.
We have started a project where we want to add policy, procedures and staff handbook into SharePoint in a easy way. The best way would be to link to existing documents in the library but with read only access where every document updates when a leader updates it.
We would not like to navigate in a file browser to find the information, but rather navigate in a well done designed SharePoint page.
