The requirement is to create a ‘brand assets library’ for all assets for internal employee purposes only.
User flow ---
1. After login employees will find an interface where all assets (images, photos, fonts, videos, PPTs, etc) will be stored.
2. An introductory popup will appear with mandatory terms which he/she need to be clicked or verified.
3. After selecting the required elements in his basket, the employee needs to furnish a form.
4. The form/email will be sent to predefined/required people in the organization
Other considerations ---
1. Development environment - Online Version of Sharepoint
2. The developer will not be granted server access. His server-related requirement will be fulfilled by an in-house developer.
