SharePoint User Directory with MS Search

I need assistance creating an internal user directory in SharePoint, utilizing PnP Modern Search. The functionality should resemble the People Search example provided, but with modifications as listed below:
- Use Microsoft Search to filter by Azure/Entra ID properties: Department, Job Title, Location, EmployeeID
- Exclude certain results based on criteria such as email domain, display name, description, department, etc. Ensure disabled accounts are never displayed.
- Implement "Regular" component sized cards.
- Default view should include:
- NAME
- TITLE
- DEPARTMENT
- PHONE
- EMAIL
- EmployeeID (if present)
- Actual format/layout to be determined later
Ideally, you should have experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Search, and PnP Modern Search, along with a strong understanding of Azure/Entra ID properties.
