SharePoint Training/SOP Hub Creation

Job ID: 39948378

Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP

Title: SharePoint Online “Training & SOP Hub” setup with modules and reusable tutorial template

Project goal
I need a ready-to-use SharePoint Communication site where my team can start adding tutorials immediately. The site must have three modules (Import, Export, Transit) and each module must list its own tutorials automatically. I use Microsoft 365 E5.

Scope
Create a SharePoint Communication site called “OTS Broker Training & SOP Hub”. Set brand colours and logo. Configure a simple mega menu with Import, Export, Transit, and Admin.
Create three module landing pages. Each landing page must auto-list published tutorials for that module using page metadata and the Highlighted content web part.
Create one reusable tutorial page template with these sections: Purpose. When to use. Data you need before you start. Step-by-step. Common errors and fixes. Quality checks before submitting. Short quiz. Change log. Turn on on-page navigation.
Add page properties on Site Pages: Module (Import, Export, Transit), Role (Clerk, Admin), System (Descartes e-Customs, Outlook, Billing app), Owner (Person), Next review date (Date). Create views for each module.
Enable page approvals and version history for Site Pages. Configure a simple approval flow in Power Automate.
Create a SharePoint list called “Training Log” with columns: Employee (Person), Module (Choice), Page link (Hyperlink), Score (Number), Date (Date), Acknowledged (Yes/No).
Create one Microsoft Form as a sample quiz and embed it on the sample tutorial. Build a Power Automate flow that writes quiz submissions to the Training Log.
Create a Power Automate flow that posts to a Microsoft Teams channel when a tutorial page is published or updated.
Set permissions: Owners (2 admins), Members (2–4 editors), Visitors (all staff read only).
Add two sample tutorials with placeholder content so I can see the pattern: “Import declaration in Descartes e-Customs” and “Internal billing app – Import booking (IMPYY)”. Each should include an embedded Stream video placeholder and the sample quiz.

Deliverables
A working SharePoint Communication site with navigation, module pages, and the reusable tutorial template.
Page metadata, views, approvals, and both Power Automate flows configured.
Training Log list populated by the sample quiz.
Two sample tutorials published and visible on the Import module page.
A short admin guide (PDF or Word) with screenshots that shows how I create a new tutorial, set the Module property, embed a Form, and publish.
A 30-minute handover call to walk me through creating my next tutorial.

Acceptance criteria
When I publish a new tutorial and set Module = Import, it appears on the Import module page without manual edits.
Page approval works end-to-end.
Submitting the sample quiz creates a row in Training Log.
Publishing or updating a tutorial posts a message in Teams.
I can duplicate the tutorial template and publish a new tutorial by myself.

Tech stack
SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Stream on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams. No third-party apps.

Access
I will provide a temporary account or arrange a screen share. Please do not request global admin rights if not required.

Timeline and budget
Please propose a fixed price and an estimated delivery date. I prefer two milestones: site, modules, and template delivered first; flows, sample content, and handover second.

What to include in your bid
Two short examples of SharePoint knowledge bases or training hubs you built.
Confirmation that you have built page-approval flows and Teams notifications before.
Confirmation of at least two hours overlap with Europe/London time.
Your fixed price and delivery estimate.
Please start your bid with “SOP Hub” so I know you read the brief.

Notes
Keep everything simple and easy to maintain so my team can edit pages without design skills. No custom code unless there is a clear benefit.
