365 SharePoint Site Forms

Looking to setup forms in SharePoint (365).
The forms will be basic drop down and redial buttons.
Answers will need to be collected in a Excel sheet.
Approx. 150 forms need to be created to begin with in the next 6 weeks. Possibly ongoing creation, modification and management required.
