SharePoint Server Configuration Assistance

I need urgent help with my SharePoint server configuration. I initially used a temporary Microsoft domain and shared numerous documents through that domain. After creating a new domain via a registration service, I want to restore previous settings to ensure the old URLs remain valid and accessible to all the users I have shared them with.
Details:
