SharePoint Revamp for Non-Profit Intranet
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Our small US-based non-profit needs an expert in SharePoint to help us clean up our existing site and turn it into a functional and user-friendly intranet.
Key Tasks:
- Fix accessibility issues on our Marketing/Communications page, making it accessible for all employees.
- Set up our HR page with comprehensive new hire onboarding materials, company policies, our values and the org chart, as well as a guide on how to use the intranet.
- Identify and eliminate or archive non-functional or useless sites.
Additionally, we need a tutorial created on how to add a new employee to the intranet, ensuring they get the correct access.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Extensive experience with SharePoint
- Knowledge of non-profit organizational needs
- Ability to create clear and concise instructional materials
