SharePoint/PowerApps

We require a PowerApp built to present a SharePoint list and also editing of information, plus the input of new data from a Form. This needs to be done in a replicatable fashion so that it can be quickly applied to other lists as they are created, and allow for possible scalability as it may need to show multiple lists to people from different organisations in the future, and also to allow external parties upload photos/documents to the new requests
